Tackling the urgent issues of today’s world requires a social impact sector that meaningfully includes women’s voices, experiences and knowledge in decision-making. Donors like you understand that. In the FAIR SHARE world:

FAIR SHARE Trailblazers: Who are they?

The FAIR SHARE Trailblazers are jointly paving the way for the leadership of the future: inclusive, diverse and feminist. There is already a small circle of founding members who support increasing women in leadership and advocating for Feminist Leadership. Trailblazers can be individuals or organisations.

What does FAIR SHARE expect from Trailblazers?

A single donation of at least €10.000 or a commitment at least €3.000/year for three years makes a significant difference in our ability to invest in nascent projects like the Feminist Leadership Hub or get programmes like the Feminist Leadership Lab off the ground.

 

 

 

What can Trailblazers expect from FAIR SHARE?

That depends on you! We want to co-shape a network based on trust and transparency, and according to your ideas, interests and availability. In this exciting stage of development, you’ll be regularly invited to think along about formats for exchange and collaboration. You will also have opportunities to be connected to FAIR SHARE’s wider community of thought leaders and philanthropists. Of course, all communication and engagement will be optional and as discrete as you wish.

How will Trailblazers’ contributions support women leaders and Feminist Leadership?

With your support we will:

  • Grow the community of global organisations and foundations that commit to gender equity
  • Make the FAIR SHARE Monitor more intersectional
  • Build a virtual home for the growing movement of Feminist Leaders
  • Create an international Feminist Leadership development programme
Do Trailblazers have to be public?

No – this is up to you. We welcome public support and opportunities to bring our networks together, but also understand if you prefer to stay in the background. Together we can find what feels right for you.
