According to the #FairShareMonitor 2022, while women make up over half of the sector’s workforce, they make up 50% of leadership positions.

Women CEOs and EDs

According to the latest data from @fair_wl, nearly half of organisations are led by a woman. However, the #FairShareMonitor also shows fewer women Board chairs, and that over half of Boards are still male-dominated. We’ve got work to do.

BIWoC in leadership

While nearly half of organisations surveyed were led by a woman, the #FairShareMonitor 2022 shows that only around a third of those #womenleaders are Black, Brown, Indigenous women or women of colour.

BIWoC on senior management teams

Senior management teams are in serious need of diversification.

According to the latest #FairShareMonitor, while 15.6% of organisations have no women, almost triple (44%) have no Black, Brown, Indigenous women or women of colour.
