Every year since 2019, we’ve been tracking the representation of women leaders in the social impact sector in a bid to increase transparency on gender inequity and foster change for equity and justice.
By making the sector’s leadership gender gaps transparent, the FAIR SHARE Monitor aims at being an actionable tool for actors of the sector to advocate for change and create more just and equitable structures.
This year, as we celebrate our five-year anniversary, we are thrilled to present the results of the 6th edition of the FAIR SHARE Monitor.
This will be an opportunity to reflect, together with our community, on the past years of monitoring over 100 international social impact organisations. We will also hear from organisations who’ve been committed to transforming their leadership culture and achieving gender equity. Register now!
Join us on Tuesday 14 May at 13:30-15:30 CET for a hybrid event where you will:

A brief warm-up before we present the findings of the Monitor 2024.
What is the state of gender equity in the sector? Where has there been progress, regress or stagnation since last year? And most importantly, how far have international organisations come since we first started monitoring the secor?
To explore these questions, we will share and discuss the results of the FAIR SHARE Monitor 2024.
A space to highlight organisations who’ve consistently had an equitable representation of women in their leadership throughout the past 5 years and hear about their experience as they work towards achieving and maintaining gender equity.
