FAIR SHARE of Women Leaders is a feminist, not-for-profit initiative based in Berlin pushing for gender equity in the social impact sector’s leadership. We measure the number of women in senior management and board positions and call on organisations to commit to a fair share of women leaders by 2030 at the latest. We advocate for feminist leadership as the new paradigm to build a fair, just and equitable sector.
To support the project ‘Feminist Leaders for Change’ in cooperation with the Heinrich Böll Foundation, we are seeking a video editor to support us through November 2022.
Tasks will evolve as the project progresses, but a key first project will be the following: In October 2021, we plan to host ‘8 weeks of Feminist Leadership,’ a free and public webinar series examining different aspects of Feminist Leadership. To promote this campaign, we would like to create a video using material from the Feminist Leadership Project, a library of video interviews with feminist leaders from the social impact sector.
The position is remote, though some availability during FAIR SHARE’s working hours (CEST/GMT+2) is an asset.
